Quotes are free. A technical diagnosis costs €39 when needed; this amount is fully deducted from the bill if you then ask us to carry out the service.
Can you work remotely and securely ?
Yes. The connection is made only with your permission and you can see everything on your screen. It is closed as soon as the support session ends.
Will my files be kept safe ?
Protecting your data is a priority. We explain any risks before sensitive work and can suggest a backup whenever the situation allows.
Do you also sell computers ?
